Customer Journey from Payment to Order Delivery:

1. After completing your order, please contact customer service via WhatsApp and send the photos you want to be printed in the highest possible quality. If you need assistance on how to do this, feel free to reach out to us.
2. Once we receive your photos, the Eternal Memo team will print, package, and dispatch your order through the available shipping companies.
3. You can track your order through the official website of the shipping company once it’s dispatched.
4. The shipping company will deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days at the latest after processing it.
