Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Personalized photo magnets are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.
Exceptions for Returns and Refunds:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Product or Personalization: If the item does not match the design, size, or personalization specified in your order.
If eligible, returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service at contact@eternalmeemo.com within the stated timeframes.
Non-Refundable Conditions
The following are non-refundable:
- Personalized items with errors caused by the customer, such as incorrect image uploads, text errors, or poor-quality images.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent, damaged product).
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
